These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Champ AI mobile application, website, subscriptions, support, and related services. If you have questions, contact us at support@champai.app.
1. Acceptance
By using Champ AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Fitness and Wellness Disclaimer
Champ AI provides workout, fitness, nutrition, and wellness information for general educational and planning purposes. Champ AI is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a fitness program, changing your diet, or using the Service if you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity on your account, and keeping your device and account secure. You must be old enough to use the Service under applicable law and must not use Champ AI if you are barred from doing so.
4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Champ AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store and other supported app stores. Subscription titles, duration, pricing, and trial details are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your app store account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings. Refunds are handled by the app store where the purchase was made.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the Service, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use Champ AI in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
6. User Content and AI Outputs
You are responsible for photos, text, workout inputs, feedback, and other content you submit. Champ AI may process your inputs with AI systems to provide plans, coaching cues, summaries, and related outputs. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you are responsible for deciding whether a workout, recommendation, or instruction is appropriate for you.
7. Intellectual Property
Champ AI, including its software, designs, logos, text, images, workflows, and other materials, is owned by Champ AI, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as intended.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with app stores, Apple Health, Google services, wearable providers, AI infrastructure, analytics, hosting, and other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Changes and Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including features, subscriptions, content, and availability. We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted unless a different date is stated.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champ AI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champ AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
