How do I get started with Champ AI?

Download the app, create your account, and complete onboarding. You will enter your goals, equipment, and fitness level, then Champ AI generates your first custom workout plan.

Can I use Champ AI at home without equipment?

Yes. Champ AI adapts to whatever you have, including bodyweight-only training, dumbbells, bands, or a full gym.

How does the AI generate my workout plan?

Champ analyzes your goal, schedule, fitness level, available equipment, and progress to build a periodized plan tailored to you.

Does Champ AI sync with Apple Health?

Yes. Completed workouts can be written to Apple Health to keep activity, workout history, and recovery data connected.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Open your device subscription settings, select Champ AI, and cancel.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on where you purchased. For App Store purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, visit your Google Play account subscriptions.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings inside the app, then Account, then Delete Account. For help, email support@champai.app.

What should I do if the app crashes or freezes?

Close and reopen the app, then make sure your device OS and app are up to date. If the issue persists, contact support with your device model and OS version.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your health and fitness data is stored securely and used to power your personalized experience. We never sell your personal data.

Is Champ AI available on Android?

Yes. Champ AI is available on both iOS and Android.
