• Fitness goals, experience level, available equipment, workout preferences, and schedule information.
• Workout history, completed exercises, sets, reps, rest periods, substitutions, and session feedback.
• Photos or camera inputs you choose to submit for equipment, room, or workout analysis.
• Support requests, survey responses, feedback, and messages you send to us.

2.2 Health and Fitness Information

Champ AI uses fitness-related information to generate workout plans, adapt sessions, track progress, and provide coaching cues. Some of this information may be considered sensitive under applicable laws.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

• Device type, operating system, app version, browser type, and language settings.
• IP address, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
• Feature usage, screen views, clicks, session events, and other analytics data.

2.4 Apple Health and Connected Services

If you connect Apple Health or similar services, Champ AI may read or write workout-related data only with your permission. You can change those permissions in your device settings.

3. How We Use Information

• To create, personalize, and adapt workout plans.
• To analyze available equipment, room context, and workout inputs you submit.
• To provide coaching cues, substitutions, difficulty adjustments, and session controls.
• To operate accounts, subscriptions, support, safety, diagnostics, and security.
• To improve app performance, reliability, models, recommendations, and user experience.
• To send service updates, support replies, and optional marketing messages where allowed.
• To comply with law, enforce terms, prevent misuse, and protect rights and safety.

4. AI Processing and Model Improvement

Champ AI may process workout inputs, photos, equipment information, and session details with AI systems to provide personalized workout generation and coaching features. Where we use data to improve models or product quality, we take steps to remove or reduce identifying information where practical. We do not publicly display your photos or workout content without your permission.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Where required, we rely on one or more legal bases, including your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and protection of rights, safety, and security.

6. How We Share Information

6.1 Service Providers

We may share information with vendors that help us provide hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, crash reporting, customer support, communications, and AI infrastructure.

6.2 App Stores and Payment Providers

Subscriptions and purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, or other payment providers. Their handling of payment information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
